Celebrity MasterChef has kept audiences hooked with its unique concept and thrilling challenges. While viewers enjoy watching celebrities tackle culinary tasks, chefs Ranveer Brar and Vikas Khanna elevate the show with their expertise. Among the two, Ranveer Brar stands out for his exceptional cooking skills and captivating storytelling, earning him a massive fan following. Known for stressing the importance of quality ingredients and tools, Ranveer recently surprised fans by revealing the hefty price tag of his signature knife.
During one of the episodes, Ranveer Brar showcased his personal knife, revealing that exceptional cooks on the show would receive it as a token of appreciation. To the audience’s surprise, he disclosed that the knife costs a staggering Rs 1.45 lakh. While demonstrating its quality and precision, Ranveer highlighted the craftsmanship that justifies its hefty price tag.
Known for his vast knowledge of every dish’s history, Chef Ranveer Brar has made an irreplaceable mark in the entertainment industry as well. In a previous appearance on the Kapil Sharma show, Master Chef Ranveer Brar also spoke about his fondness of knives. He said, “Logon ko watch, gadgets ka shauq hota hai.. mujhe knives ka hai, the knife is made out of a historical sword so while using it I feel connected to the history.”
Talking about Celebrity MasterChef, the show premiered on January 27, bringing a host of popular television faces to the kitchen. Several prominent faces, such as Tejasswi Prakash, Gaurav Khanna, Usha Nadkarni, Nikki Tamboli, Dipika Kakar, Faisu Shaikh, Rajiv Adatia, Kabita Singh, Abhijeet Sawant, and many more, participated in this cooking reality show to learn more about culinary arts, explore their talent and showcase their skills.
After tedious challenges and personal issues, many celebrities have left the show or have been eliminated. At present, only six contestants—Tejasswi, Gaurav, Faisu, Rajiv, Nikki, Archana Gautam, and Usha—remain in Celebrity MasterChef. One among them will be declared the winner of the cooking reality show.
Over the last few weeks, wildcard entrant Ayesha Jhulka and contestants Abhijeet Sawant and Chandan Prabhakar have been evicted from the show.
Hosted by choreographer and filmmaker Farah Khan, Celebrity MasterChef airs Monday to Friday at 8 PM on Sony TV. It can also be watched on the JioCinema.
