Spinach leaves – blanched, drained, and chopped
Chickpeas (chole) – soaked overnight and boiled 1 cup
Green chillies – 2
Garlic cloves 4-5
Salt to taste
Garam masala powder 2 tsp
Chaat masala – 1.5 tsp
Breadcrumbs 1 cup
Oil for shallow greasing
