The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will close the registration window for the Combined Medical Services (CMS) 2025 today on March 10, 2025. Eligible candidates can submit their UPSC CMS 2025 application form through the official website, upsc.gov.in.
The UPSC CMS 2025 exam is scheduled to be conducted on July 20, 2025. Male candidates from the unreserved category are required to pay an application fee of ₹200, while female candidates and those belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) categories are exempt from the fee. However, OBC candidates must pay the full fee.
To be eligible, candidates must have passed the final MBBS examination (both written and practical parts) and be within the age limit of 32 years (35 years for General Duty Medical Officer’s Sub-Cadre) as of August 1, 2025. They must also meet the prescribed physical and medical standards.

Step 3. Register yourself by entering the required details, such as name, email ID, and mobile number.
Step 4. Log in using your credentials and fill out the application form with personal, educational, and other details.
Step 5. Submit the application form and download a copy of the confirmation page for future reference.

UPSC CMS 2025: Application form correction
The application form correction window will open on March 12, 2025, and candidates can make changes until March 18, 2025. However, certain details such as name (as per Class 10), date of birth, father’s name, mother’s name, mobile number, and email ID cannot be edited.
