Rahul Khanna Shares A Glimpse Of His Vibrant And Healthy Brunch Spread


You can pack many of the essential nutrients you need in a good salad. If you pick the right ingredients and prepare them well, a single bowl is all you need to keep yourself fuelled for several hours. Thus, it is no surprise that vibrant and wholesome salads are the preferred meals of those wanting to eat right despite a busy schedule. For example, actor Rahul Khanna recently posted about a mouth-watering salad he enjoyed for brunch. He listed most of the ingredients when he shared a photo on his Instagram stories.

Rahul’s salad was properly balanced: it had different veggies, three types of protein and a flavourful dressing. The green base was formed by arugula leaves, which were mixed with cucumber, avocado, dried shrimp and tuna. To enhance their aroma, these ingredients were combined with extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar and soy sauce. Sesame seeds were added for extra crunch and flavour. The salad was topped with soft-boiled eggs, lending the dish more protein and an added pop of colour.

That’s not all Rahul Khanna had for brunch. He paired his salad with a customised “giant coffee” with heavy cream, collagen and stevia. At the side of his plate, we can also see a small bowl of blueberries – which would have undoubtedly provided him with extra antioxidants and nutrients! What a healthy yet delicious spread, right?
