The upcoming episode of Laughter Chefs: Unlimited Entertainment Season 2 is set to bring a Bollywood twist. The cast was recently spotted channelling iconic film characters, creating a buzz among fans. Stealing the spotlight, Mannara Chopra embraced her love for Bollywood by dressing up as Geet from Jab We Met, effortlessly capturing the essence of the beloved character.
In a viral Instagram video, Bigg Boss 17 fame Mannara Chopra was seen grooving to the popular track Yeh Ishq Hai from Imtiaz Ali’s 2007 classic Jab We Met on the sets of Laughter Chefs 2. Embracing Geet’s iconic style, she donned a red skirt, a white top, and a sleeveless black under-bust corset.
Speaking to the media about her latest look for Laughter Chefs 2, Mannara said, “I’ve watched Jab We Met probably 75 times. I’ve also met Kareena, ma’am, twice.”
Fans were quick to share their reactions to Mannara’s dancing video. An Instagram user wrote, “Cutie.” Another one wrote, “Bubbly n Happy Go Lucky Mannara Geet Coded.” One of them commented, “Beautiful and perfect fit as Geet. Love you and proud of you.”
Apart from her, comedian and actor Krushna Abhishek was seen dressed as Sanjay Dutt’s character Kancha Cheena from Agneepath, Bharti Singh as Alia Bhatt’s character Gangubai Kathiawadi, Sudesh Lehri as singer Udit Narayan, Rubina Dilaik as Desi Girl Priyanka Chopra from Dostana, Abhishek Kumar as Shah Rukh Khan from Mohabbatein and Samarth Jurel as Hrithik Roshan from Koi Mil Gaya.
In Laughter Chefs 2, Mannara has been paired with comedian Sudesh Lehri and the duo often leaves the audiences in splits with their hilarious one-liners.
Hosted by Bharti Singh and Judged by Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi the show features renowned celebrities attempting to complete culinary challenges in their own unique and humorous style. It also features Elvish Yadav, Abdu Rozik, Ankita Lokhande, Kashmera Shah, Vicky Jain and Rahul Vaidya as contestants.
Laughter Chefs: Unlimited Entertainment Season 2 premieres on Colors TV on Saturday and Sunday at 9:30 PM.
Meanwhile, Mannara Chopra rose to fame after her stint on Salman Khan’s controversial reality show Bigg Boss 17, where Munawar Faruqui was crowned the winner.
