CHENNAI: A woman shielding her child was flung into the air by a stray cattle in Balaji Nagar, Korattur, on Friday.
CCTV footage captures the moment the mother and daughter were walking along the road when the cattle suddenly charged at them. In her attempt to protect her child, the woman suffered severe injuries. Locals rushed to her aid.
She was later treated at a private hospital, while city authorities seized the cattle and relocated it to the ‘Ko’ Salai facility in Otteri.
