Hina Khan has been courageously fighting stage 3 breast cancer since last year, enduring the challenging side effects of treatment. Throughout this difficult journey, her partner, Rocky Jaiswal, has remained her unwavering pillar of support. The actress has frequently expressed gratitude for his love and encouragement. In a recent interview, Hina not only appreciated his constant support but also shared how he humbly reacts when praised for his gestures.
In a chat with Pinkvilla, Hina Khan expressed her gratitude to Rocky Jaiswal and shared how he responds to compliments. She recalled an instance on Celebrity MasterChef where Farah Khan praised Rocky for his unwavering support, leaving him surprised. Hina recounted, “Rocky told Farah, ‘I don’t understand what extraordinary I have done. Isn’t this what a partner is supposed to do?’ To which Farah responded, explaining how such gestures are rare in today’s times.”
She also commended her boyfriend saying she was blessed with the right partner in my life. The actress expressed her feelings, saying that while she experiences agony and hardships, she concentrates on the positive aspects.
In an earlier interview with Curly Tales, Hina Khan opened up about how she first learned of her diagnosis. She revealed that it was Rocky Jaiswal who broke the news to her. Instead of panicking, she chose to stay positive—ordering a falooda and deciding to embrace the moment rather than succumb to fear. Hina also emphasised that she never wanted to be seen as a victim or seek sympathy. Speaking about Rocky’s unwavering support, she said, “I don’t have words to explain that man. I choke when I talk about him. Every woman deserves a man like him.”
Hina Khan is known for playing Akshara in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Following that, she appeared on the hit reality show Bigg Boss 11. Hina was recently featured on the web show Griha Laxmi. The crime drama debuted on EPIC ON on January 16. Rumaan Kidwai directed the show, which also features Chunky Panday, Rahul Dev, and Dibyendu Bhattacharya.
