Among all, the drama continues to unfold regarding the once-close friendship between wildcard entrant Digvijay Rathee and the second runner-up Rajat Dalal. Although they were friends in the initial days, things turned sour between them during their time on the show.
The Splitsvilla X5 contestant was snapped by the paparazzi in Mumbai. While getting clicked, Digvijay had a candid conversation with the shutterbugs, where he expressed whether he felt Rajat betrayed him.
The paparazzi queried Digvijay Rathee about Elvish Yadav, putting him at fault for his fight with Rajat Dalal. He said, “Woh toh bolega hi. Uski galti kyu dikhayega woh. Logon ne dekha na kaun peeche kya baatein kar raha tha aur kisne nikala hai. Pata hai sabko. (Elvish Yadav will say that. Why would he throw light on Rajat’s mistake? People saw who was talking behind the scenes and who voted me out. Everyone knows).”
Elaborating further about his fallout with Rajat, the Splitsvilla fame stated, “Mujhe pata lag gaya tha pehle toh thik hai. Game chal raha hai, game khel rahe hain toh koi chakkar nahi hai. Maine kabhi nominate nahi kiya yaa ghar se usey nikaalne ki koshish ki kyunki sabke sapne hote hain ki itne bade ghar mein aaye hain. (I got to know about it beforehand, so that’s fine. The game is on, and people are playing the game, so no worries. I never nominated him or tried to get him out of the house because it is everyone’s dream to come to this Bigg Boss house).”
In the same conversation, Digvijay was asked why he didn’t attend Vivian Dsena’s success bash. He responded he was invited but was clueless about why the Madhubala actor sent an invitation to him.
The shutterbugs then mentioned the success bash was organised by Vivian Dsena’s wife, Nouron Aly. Digvijay mentioned he was a bit sick for which he couldn’t attend the party.
Digvijay Rathee entered the Bigg Boss house as a wildcard contestant. The actor may have joined the house midway, but he managed to carve out a special place in the hearts of viewers. Soon enough, he became a fan favourite with his strategic gameplay before being evicted by the housemates.
