Bade Achhe Lagte Hain, the Ektaa Kapoor-backed romantic drama, remains one of the most beloved Indian TV series, captivating audiences with its engaging storyline and stellar performances. The show is now gearing up for a fresh chapter, Bade Achhe Lagte Hain: Naya Season, featuring Shivangi Joshi and Harshad Chopda as the new lead pair.
Now, the latest reports hint at an exciting addition to the cast. According to ETimes TV, child artist Kiara Sadh has been approached to play a pivotal role in the upcoming season. She is expected to portray the younger version of Priya, played by Shivangi Joshi. A source shared, “Kiara will bring young Priya to life, representing Shivangi Joshi’s childhood. She bears a strong resemblance to Shivangi and is an incredibly talented child artist. We’re thrilled to have her on board.”
Apart from Kiara Sadh, another actress set to join the cast is Mansi Srivastava, known for her performance in Ishqbaaz. However, details about her character in the upcoming season remain under wraps.
Additionally, Divyangana Jain, recognized for her roles in Aladdin: Naam Toh Suna Hoga, and Yash Pandit, known for Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Naagin 6, and Tere Mere Sapne, have also reportedly been approached for significant roles in the show.
The upcoming season of Bade Achhe Lagte Hain: Naya Season boasts a stellar ensemble cast, including Rohit Choudhary, Arushi Handa, Manoj Kolhatkar, Pyumori Mehta, and Avirath Parekh. Initially, actor Pankaj Bhatia was also expected to join the show, but recent reports suggest he has now backed out of Ektaa Kapoor’s serial.
Interestingly, the show was previously set to be titled Baaharein or Bade Achhe Lagte Hain Phir Se. However, the makers have now officially settled on Bade Achhe Lagte Hain: Naya Season. A recently released promo teases a heartwarming story of a happily married couple—Rishabh and Bhagyashree, played by Harshad Chopda and Shivangi Joshi—with the husband striving to keep his wife happy and ensure her smile never fades.
The first season of Bade Achhe Lagte Hain, which premiered in 2011, featured Ram Kapoor and Sakshi Tanwar as the lead pair, followed by Nakuul Mehta and Disha Parmar in seasons 2 and 3, which premiered in 2021 and 2023.
