   1 small carrot, grated
   1 small onion, chopped
   1 green chilli, chopped
   1 tsp ginger, finely chopped
   1 cup vermicelli
   1 sprig curry leaves, chopped
   2 tbsp coriander, chopped
   Salt, to taste
   Pepper, to taste
