   Hakka or Instant Noodles: 1 packet
   Garlic: 4-5 cloves (finely chopped)
   Onion: 1 (finely chopped)
   Capsicum: ½ cup (red, green, yellow, cut   into thin strips)
   Carrot: ½ cup (cut into thin strips)
   Spring Onion: 2 tbsp (for garnishing)
   Soy Sauce: 1 tbsp
   Chilli Sauce: 1 tbsp
   Gochujang (Korean Chilli Paste): 1 tbsp
   Tomato Ketchup: 1 tbsp
   Vinegar: 1 tsp
   Sesame Oil: 1 tbsp
   Salt: to taste
   Black Pepper: ½ tsp
   Sesame Seeds: 1 tsp (for garnishing)
