Yamini Malhotra gained much attention with her stint on the popular reality show Bigg Boss 18. She entered the television show as a wildcard contestant and was evicted on December 22, 2024, alongside Edin Rose in a double eviction. Since then, the dentist-turned-actress often gets spotted at various public forums while serving pure fashion goals. In a recent video on Instagram, she looked gorgeous wearing a brown-hued ensemble for gracing an event last night.
In the video, Yamini Malhotra was spotted entering an event in Mumbai. For the day, she wore a mini brown dress with black borders. The full-sleeved attire featured a sweetheart neckline and she teamed it with shimmery black heels. She kept her glam subtle and opted for a ponytail hairdo to channel her cute avatar. For accessories, a pair of stud earrings and a blingy black bag were enough to seal the deal for the day.
In the video, the actress was seen posing for the paps present over there, throwing a flying kiss towards the camera and humbly interacting with them. Soon after the video was posted, her fans started praising the actress’ looks by posting heart-eyed and heart emojis.
Yamini Malhotra, hailing from a Khatri Punjabi family in Delhi, is a dentist. She has earned a BDS (Bachelor in Dental Surgery) degree. However, with her keen interest in acting, she has been participating in various drama competitions. And only after she finished her graduation that she could finally make her acting debut in August 2016 with the movie Main Teri Tu Mera.
Afterwards, she appeared in multiple television soaps, web series, Punjabi films and music videos, including Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein, Dil Hona Chahida Jawan, Nanak Naam Jahaz Hai and others. She was also featured in a few advertisements for brands like LG Mobile and Club Mahindra. The actress, who has over 1 million followers on Instagram, also runs a YouTube channel called Yamini Malhotra’s World. Coming to her upcoming projects, her fans are eagerly waiting for the actress to make an announcement.
A few days ago, in a conversation with ETimes, reminiscing her journey on the show Bigg Boss 18, Yamini expressed, “It just feels like yesterday that we were all together in the show. Now, it’s been more than a month since the show is over, but the memories are still fresh in my mind.”
“The best part of the finale night was that everyone forgot their issues inside the house and were cordial towards each other because what happens inside the house stays inside the house. Bigg Boss 18 will always be a special journey for me, and I will be forever grateful to my fans for giving me all the love and appreciation during my stint in the show.” she concluded.
