On Wednesday, the actors of Badi Haveli Ki Chhoti Thakurain, along with the team and producer Raghuveer Shekhawat, came together to perform Rudra Abhishek on set.

On February 26, the entire nation celebrated Maha Shivratri with great fervour and enthusiasm including the team of Badi Haveli Ki Chhoti Thakurain. The show which airs on Shemaroo Umang stars Diksha Dhami, Sheel Verma and Ishita Ganguly in lead roles. On Wednesday, the actors along with the team of the show including its crew and producer Raghuveer Shekhawat, came together to perform Rudra Abhishek on set. On the occasion, the actress of the show Diksha was engrossed in a conversation with a media portal, talking about her special connection with Lord Shiva.
Speaking with Filmibeat, Diksha Dhami said, “I share a deep bond with Bholenath-I was born on Maha Shivratri, so this festival holds a very special place in my heart. Celebrating it on set, surrounded by my team, felt truly divine. The fragrance of bhasma and lubaan made the set feel like a tirth sthal (pilgrimage site). For us, our set is our karmbhoomi, a sacred space where we dedicate ourselves to our craft.”
Further, she mentioned that it was a blessing to start the day with Rudra Abhishek as it is not always possible to visit a temple owing to our busy schedules. Extending her heartfelt wishes to her fans, she went on, “May His blessings be with everyone! Wishing you all a very Happy Maha Shivratri!”
Ishita Ganguly also joined Diksha to share her childhood memories of the divine occasion when she would prepare for the day with her mother and take part in the rituals to seek blessings from Lord Shiva.
