After the success of hits like Lovely Lolla and Dil Ko Rafu Kar Lei, star producers and TV couple Ravi Dubey and Sargun Mehta are gearing up for another exciting project under their production house, Dreamiyata Dramaa. Their upcoming romantic drama, Tujhse Hai Aashiqui, will feature a talented ensemble cast, with Abhishek Kumar, Amandeep Sidhu and Mahir Pandhi taking on the lead roles.
While rumours about the casting have been circulating for a while, Pinkvilla has now confirmed that these actors have been officially finalised for the much-anticipated show. However, an official confirmation regarding the same and the show’s streaming date is yet to be made by the makers.
Abhishek became a household name with his role in the hit show Udaariyaan, where he starred alongside Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, Isha Malviya, and Ankit Gupta. His popularity soared further after his stint on Salman Khan’s controversial reality show Bigg Boss 17, where he made a strong impression and finished as the first runner-up.
In addition to this, Abhishek has participated in Rohit Shetty’s adventurous Khatron Ke Khiladi and is currently winning hearts with his comedic timing on the cooking-based reality show Laughter Chefs: Unlimited Entertainment Season 2, where he teams up with Samarth Jurel.
Amandeep is best known for her roles as Mahi Arora in Teri Meri Ikk Jindari and Mannat Dhillon in Chhoti Sardarni. Her impressive portfolio also includes appearances in popular TV serials such as Yeh Pyaar Nahi To Kya Hai, Tantra, Vish Ya Amrit: Sitara, Naagin 6, Saubhagyavati Bhava, and Badall Pe Paon Hai, among many others.
Lastly, talking about Mahir Pandhi, he has appeared in shows like Pawan and Pooja, Bebakee and Vanshaj.
Producers Ravi and Sargun have been making a significant impact in the entertainment industry with their production house, Dreamiyata Dramaa. Their previous shows, Lovely Lolla, starring Gauahar Khan and Isha Malviya, and Dil Ko Rafu Kar Le Tu, featuring Karan V Grover and Ayesha Khan, have garnered immense love from viewers.
