Delicious Punjabi Chikkar Chole Recipe


Ingredients 
   Chickpeas – 250 gm (soaked overnight)
   Potato – 1 (halved)
   Onion – 2 medium (finely chopped)
   Curd – 1 cup
   Green chillis – 2 (finely chopped)
   Ginger – 2 inch (finely chopped)
   Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
   Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
   Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
   Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
   Pomegrante seeds – 1 tsp (crushed)
   Chole masala – 2 tbsp
   Salt to taste
   Desi ghee – 3-4 tbsp
