Dev Joshi, known for playing the Indian superhero Baalveer, recently announced his engagement with fiancée Aarti Kharel. Now, the actor has dropped a few more glimpses from his intimate engagement ceremony, attended by family members and close friends. The pictures have left the fans going gaga over their adorable bond. Sharing the snaps on Instagram, the actor wrote in the caption, “Some beautiful memories captured from the Engagement ceremony! Swipe till I get down on one knee!”
In the first snapshot, the newly engaged are seen cutting a cake as they stand next to each other, while in the next few pics, both of them posed with their family members with pink garlands around their necks. The last picture depicted, the Baalveer fame gracefully going down on his knees to propose to Aarti at the engagement.

The couple has still not announced their wedding date as of now.
Earlier, the Times of India reported that Aarti is a banker by profession and belongs to Nepal. The duo met during a family trip in Europe last year. “Aarti is from Nepal, but she now lives in Finland. Last year, we were introduced by our family friends while on a road trip abroad. We became friends, became closer and eventually decided to get engaged,” Dev said.
Workwise, Dev Joshi has been associated with the fantasy show Baalveer since its inception in 2012. Apart from that, he is also known for his performances in shows like Mahima Shani Dev Ki, Kashi – Ab Na Rahe Tera Kagaz Kora and Chandrashekhar.
He will be next seen in Baalveer 5. However, the official premiere date of the show is yet to be announced.
