Noodles of your choice
   2 tbsp oil
   3 tbsp fresh red chilli + garlic
   1 big onion, finely chopped
   3/4 cup tofu, crumbled
   1/4 cup carrot, julienned
   1/4 cup cucumber, julienned
   1/4 cup fresh basil
   Salt and pepper, to taste
   Juice from 1 lemon
   2 tbsp green onions, chopped
1/4 cup roasted peanuts, slightly crushed
